Has your new year felt a bit… lonely so far? Not trying to drive the point home straight after Valentines or anything, that’s not what I meant – but has it felt like something’s been missing?

Enter Mecca – the awesome house party, back for its eleventh outing; its first for 2006. Accordingly, it’s going to be a mammoth production of pastel proportions. Yup, pastels – the entire venue (The Public Office) will be transformed into a ‘Pastel Palace Paradise’. Be it aqua, blues, purple or yellows, make sure your fashion and accessories are in your favourite pastel colours – or, at the very least, pastel colours that compliment your unique skin tones.

The party will be pumped along quite nicely by special guest DJ from the UK, 2Funky. A resident at London’s famous Serious @ The Cross, and having played at some of UK & Europe’s biggest parties, he’s now going to give you a slice of his party pie. In fact, the man’s so good, he’s what originally inspired the Mecca parties – so for the organisers, this must be like fronting up to meet your maker. Also fronting will be DJs Peter Mac, Mr Stoj, Sara Tone, Funky B and kdj.

Tickets will be strictly limited to ensure that the party stays boutique unique, so make sure to get yours as soon as… ya scallywag.
